K-Nearest Locations compares locations by geographic distance or by connections in a supplied line network. Straight-line proximity and network reachability answer different questions.
How to interpret proximity
Distances are WGS84 straight-line distances and do not include road networks, travel time, barriers, or opening hours.
Confirm whether K-Nearest Locations represents geodesic distance, line-network distance or a simple neighbor ranking. Do not infer travel time, accessibility or route legality unless those factors are explicitly modeled.
